   I'm using TortoiseSVN and I can't access the SVN to make changes on my theme. I can do checkout with no problems, though.

   The error is Error: Access to '/!svn/act/ddsa987fda32-292dasds2h7d' forbidden

   • The username and password is correct
   • The repository URL case is correct

   Any help?

   This happens when you check out a repository and the casing in the repository path that you typed does not match the actual repository path.

   If you're on Windows 7 see if 'syntax check' was set to yes. If it is, change it to NO.

   But correct repository path is exactly as it appears on the theme trac ticket, right?

   I just copied and pasted that link, can't seem to understand what's wrong.

   I'm ... not sure what you mean by that. You mean the theme trac ticket?

   (I don't do themes, I do plugins, but SVN is the same all around)

   It should be something like http://themes.svn.wordpress.org/suffusion/ (all lower case)
