   Commit failed (details follow):
   Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to CHECKOUT request for '/!svn/ver/219276/custom-categories-rss/trunk'

   What am I doing wrong?

   I am connecting to http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/ because I want to upload the files to my new plugin repository folder.

   I have been encountering the problem from the beginning when I received the approval for my new plugin.
