   HOW CAN I DOWLOAD Commercially Supported GPL Themes
   I CAN'T SEE A WAY TO GET THESE TYPES OF THEMES

   I do not think anyone really gives GPL license specifically...
   But there are SO MANY free themes EVERYWHERE , that you can use (I released at least 10 of them myself), and generally comes with no licence at all... (except sometimes a note from the creator asking for a link or mention)
