Your site includes multiple Open Graph protocol content blocks, likely output by other content or themes. That’s likely not what is getting in the way of moderation but does not help. Try passing some of your site URLs through the Facebook URL debugger to see some of the issues highlighted such as multiple og:url
values.
If it looks like the Facebook plugin for WordPress is behaving as it should but the Facebook-hosted moderation tool is not you can file a bug or subscribe to existing bugs for the Comments Box social plugin on developers.Facebook.com.

For some time now, since July breaking changes I believe, comments in our site can’t be moderated and don’t show up in the Facebook moderation tool.
Users can comment on the site. Here is an example:
http://saltspringexchange.com/2013/10/17/straw-poll-salt-spring-firehall-referendum/
However, since July, the comments do not show up in the the Facebook comment moderation tool. Somehow comment moderation is broken. I can see all the old comments in the FB comment moderation tool (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments?id=XXXXXXXXXX) dating back into the summer, but none of the new comments that are made on the site on a daily basis. Help, we need to be able to moderate comments.
Any ideas?
