   When a post has trackbacks but no comments, WP inserts an empty unordered list for the comments, and the XHTML validator barfs. I-m using K2, by the way.

   I can live with this, to be honest, but I wonder whether there is something that could be edited so that if there are no comments, no list is output for comments_

   comments.php in your theme folder.

   K2 team is treating this as a bug.
