This just showed up once I upgraded to WP2.2 - I disabled WP-Cache as I know it re-publishes your posts after a comment is added. After a comment is approved and goes on the site, my tags and runPHP data are cleared.
I'm not really sure where to even start on this one - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tags: Download and install the latest version of UTW. This was a problem with older versions of UTW and WordPress 2.1. The bug has been fixed in the latest versions.
RunPHP flag: No idea, but it's possible that the UTW problem is causing this too.

Yeah, I was doing a plethora of Google searches to try to find any topics related to this issue before I posted here. It appears these are all plugin-related issues. Thanks for the reply and I think this is resolved.
