comments style differs in browsers

Hello

I have an issue which is beginning to annoy me…

this page http://darkened-minds.clan-gamer.com/2006/07/01/the-gnomeregan-raid-010706/ shows correctly in firefox and fluck but IE shows no border or shading around the comment. Any ideas peeps?
