Comments/ Review Plugin w/ specific options

Can’t find a free comments/ review plugin that will allow short code insertion many times on same page. I want it to say ‘Post a Comment’ and ‘View Comments’ by default below each business I list on the same page. Once the comments/ reviews are open I also want a link allowing ‘hide comments’. I need a shortcode as I intend to place the comment or review option below each business as I list it on the same page. I don’t want the comments all open by default. Hope that’s clear enough.
