Comments randomly stopped displaying

We’ve made no changes to the site, we were using version 1.5 of the plugin . Comments randomly decided to stop displaying overnight, we’ve made no changes to the website or Facebook page, so i’m not entirely sure what went wrong.

I updated to version 1.5.2 and it didn’t fix anything.
