Without seeing the actual site, we cannot help you. There’s no way to tell what’s happening without looking at the actual HTML being produced.

The popup window hasn’t been styled yet, but that shouldn’t make any difference.
The regular comments section works if I disable the <?php comments_popup_script(); ?> tag.
Any help would be appreciated.
When I try to submit a comment, it submits and then comes immediately back to the same form, which is the correct behavior. Except that it acts like it didn’t accept my comment… Do you have moderation of comments turned on?
I put in a comment on both the posts on your front page, do you see them in the comments section?

Okay, this is weird. I see your comments in the moderation queue.
I guess this happens now when I am logged in… meaning the page goes blank after I submit a comment when I am logged in as admin.

I am wanting my comments to open in a new window. I’ve got this to work just fine using the
<?php comments_popup_script(); ?>script in the header. But when I try to submit a comment, the page goes blank. Nothing happens. It does the same with the Classic theme.Is this something with my host, WordPress 2.3.2, or other settings I am missing?
Any help would be appreciated.
