   Wonderful site! However, I was a little confused by the bottom menu bar and the back to top link. I immediately thought that the bottom menu mirrored the top menu, but it didn't. If there was a way of signifying that the bottom menu bar is a link of Partner sites and not a menu bar for the website. Other than that I thought it was GREAT!!!

   Nice and clean looking. Is that a theme thats standard or did you modify that? btechol has a good point about the bottom bar though. Nice job overall.
