After some (I guess) heavy tweaking, I integrated WordPress at a minimal into my website. However, whenever I click on the comments section, it decides to load the website as a duplicate underneath after you scroll down a bit. What are some generic reasons that might cause this?

My apologies for not being too terribly WordPress savvy, seeing as it has changed quite a bit since I last used it many moons ago.
