   Something is wrong with my comments.php page! I think the style sheet on this page isn't working or something.. I'm not too sure. Can someone PLEASE help me with this problem?

   It's not the stylesheet - it's your template markup. You have some serious validation errors - including what looks like 1 page inside another page.
