Go to the backend then Posts -> All Posts. Click on the small square next to the label “Title” to select all posts. Now, you will see a dropdown called “Bulk Actions” at the top, select “Edit” and then click “Apply”. Now, you’ll see a wide range of things you can modify so look for “Comments” and select “Allow” then click “Update” and you should be good to go.
Excellent.
That did it.
Its strage as if I went to edit just the one post, the “comments” section would have no options but ‘Post Comment’….
I guess its one of those funtions/features thats sorta hidden (only present in one menu, but not necessarily present in others).
Thank you so very much.

Hello everyone; this is the first time in many years using WordPress, that I am forced into asking something on the forums.
My website, http://www.aerolinea13.com is not receiving comments on Posts.
On Pages, I am able to enable or disable comments (they’re all disabled except for the contact us page). But on posts, I get no such option to enable or disable when posting. And, of course, for the third person observer, there’s no ‘leave a comment’ area.
Im using the VANTAGE theme. I already tried disabling ALL plugins and still nothing. I already went trough the themes options and couldn’t find anything.
Hope theres something I can try.
