   Hi

   I have created a page for one of our clients, but the page will not allow comments.
   I have followed the instructions from WordPress here but with no luck: http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/

   I need this enabled, along with allowing users to be able to upload an image with the comment.

   Is anyone able to help out on this?

   have you checked
   
   dashboard - pages - all pages: 'quickedit' below the page name; tick 'allow comments'

   btw: your quoted link is for wordpress.com while this forum deals with wordpress.org problems.
