   how do i allow commenting on future posts now in version 3.0???

   I have googled and searched the forums and can't find anything :(

   i see this in the wordpress 3.0 docs

   Block comments for future posts and password protected posts (when password not provided)

   seems it is blocked. how do i unblock? anyone??????
