    Hi,

I have the wordpress site with a theme I have purchased. In a page, although I have allowed comments and calibrated all Discussion settings as necessary, I can not see it. Theme support led me to contact you for this is not a standard wordpress behaviour.

    Here is the link to the page;

How can I see the comments for this specific page? They are already allowed.

Thank you for your help and I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best wishes,

    Burak Konakoglu

    although I have allowed comments

    goto
dashboard - pages - all pages; click on the 'quickedit' link below the title of that page; check if 'allow comments' is ticked.

    Hi,

    Thank you for swift response.

However I have already done that. It did not work.

    - I checked "Allow comments" in "Page Edit"
    - I checked all relevant sections in "Discussion"
    - I checked "Allow comments" in "Quick Edit" for this page.

However the comments are not revealed. I asked the theme support; they said this was not a standard wordpress behaviour. Hence I am asking for wordpress support. I am really looking for a remarkable solution.

Should you have you any other idea or where else I should contact, please share.

    Thank you in advance.

    Best wishes,

    Burak Konakoglu

  4. You didn't edit the theme files, did you?

No, I did not. The theme files are as they are. I have no idea what kind of problem that exactly is. Have you any other clue?

do you have any page where the comments are showing?

does this also happen if you temporarily switch to the default theme Twenty Fourteen and deactivate all plugins?

Well, I have checked now with Preview option, that they do appear in Twenty Thirteen theme. Thank you for such a marvellous idea. Now, I guess it is the point with the current theme...

However I have no idea, even support theme does not have, how to solve...

    That is quite odd...
