This should be placed under Troubleshooting, but the link to post under that topic is broken.
I have a new installation of WordPress 2.7 on a client's site. I have the Spam Karma and All In One SEO pack plugins installed.
My client wants all the comments to go into the moderation queue for approval, but they don't. I do have the option to hold all comments for moderation checked, but all comments are posted immediately.
I disabled Spam Karma, and the comments are still not held for moderation.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jeff

Am I the only one having this problem? I need to have the reader comments approved, but they go straight to post.
And yes, under settings I have specified that all comments must be approved by a moderator.
Please help.
Thanks.

I have the same problem, and posted here:

It appears that no one knows how to deal with it though, as you have been waiting 2 weeks and I have been waiting a week for an answer.
Is this a known problem WP guys? Or a new problem?

Until this issue is resolved, I would revert back to an older version that worked. Also, did you make sure the following were checked:
Users must be registered and logged in to comment
Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
Comment author must have a previously approved comment
