    Hi.

When I click the "Leave a comment" button on my blog, with the default permalink settings selected I get this error:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' '', '', '', '')' at line 1

If I change the permalinks settings to anything else, I get this error:

    Not Found

The requested URL /wordpress/2009/08/blogposthere/ was not found on this server.

Further, if I change my theme to the default theme, the link works. I copied the comments.php from the default theme to the theme that I was using and that didn't work.

    Any help would be appreciated!

First off I would call the hosting support via c-panel to resolve this .Secondly I would go to JsKit website and use their comment plugin and code that works on both blogs and web site pages.

I'm hosting this locally, so I'm the hosting support :\

I downloaded JsKit as you suggested, but I'm still getting the error. I've since determined the issue is completely due to permalinks. Now I cannot click on a post to be redirected to it's permalink. It still gives me the MySQL error.
