   I have checked all the available resources online.

   - comments_id_fields
   - div id="respond"
   - reply to comment link
   - insert the tag to call the JS in head tag
   - wrap comments in div="div-comment-xxx"

   My comments template have all the above. But I'm not sure why the comments form isn't being reposition when I click on reply to comments.

   The page just refreshes and the comment form is still positioned at the bottom of the post.

   Any idea please? I seriously couldn't figure out what's wrong. :(

   I think your theme may need upgrading.

   It's upgraded for WP 2.7 already

   Anyway, I found the problem. I did not specify the div id in the comments reply link so that the form can shift. My mistake. Thanks for the help anyway. :)
