Comments Every 15 Seconds?

Looks like no one can post comments on my site, for some reason, the one error I can see that I get repeatedly is “You can only post one comment every 15 seconds. Slow down, buddy.” … And I got that the first time I tried to post a comment on my own site in the first week. I thought it might be Spam Karma freaking out, but I moved through the options, and eventually removed it completely, and I still get the error.

Is this a new feature in 1.5 (using 11th nightly)? If so, I think it’s gone haywire for my site and I was wondering if there was a configuration option for it. I think Spam Karma is enough spam protection for me.

BTW, for people interested in my previous problem of Sending Referrers, the problem has come back, several days later, but it’s easily fixed by doing the following steps RustyIndy taught me: 1.) Delete .htacces, 2.) Set site URL in WP general options, 3.) Re-set my perma-link structure.
