I’ve tried switching to different themes, even to the default WP theme, but no matter which theme I use the result is the same: if someone wants to comment, they can complete the comment dialogue box, but the dialogue boxes which are normally there to allow users to enter their name, email and website are not there.
This evidently bothers people, and I can’t find anything in the forums to solve the dilemma.
I disabled all my plugins and tried again to no avail. I reinstalled the theme I’m running (this was before I switched themes) to no avail.
