   Hi!

   I have 1.5.2 the url is http://www.tripleeclipse.com/blog/index.php. When I click on the comments link i get this:

   4 PHP Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './wp-blog-header.php' (include_path='.;C:\PHP\pear') in D:\hshome\triple\tripleeclipse.com\blog\index.php on line 4. please help asap.
