   Probably a bug. You might want to report it over on mantis. (mosquito.wordpress.org) Otherwise you can try grabbing the laters wp-comments over at cvs. Looks like there was a fix for a comment posting bug less than 30 hours ago. It might fall into a december 18th and 19th checkin.

   Oops forgot to log in, also I had this problem with the december 16th nightly, but I just grabbed the cvs code on wp-comments so like I said, that might be the issue.

   i upgraded to Nightly 20th, Dec. i found this problem still wasn't fixed.
