Comments aren’t showing on pages

I don’t know if this topic has already been asked and answered because i can only view the lastest page of a category. If I click next page all i get is the list of categories in huge text – and no topics.

Anyhow I’m using 2.0 and a modified borderline chaos theme and have comments (but not pings) enabled on my pages but they’re not showing up. I have been through the codex pages but can’t seem to find what I’m having problems with. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to add a comment code to page.php or another file.
Any help would be appreciated.
