– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

Hi,
I’ve just just installed WP as my website.
I need someone to help me to solve my problem.
I can’t comment my post.
I’ve configured in Admin–>setting–>discussion area
and
I’ve also have check Allow comment checkbox in my post.
But I’ve got same message and when I check at my post setting, the checkbox has changed back to “un-check”
