I just upgraded to 2.0 and my comments and trackbacks are both acting weird.
When someone leaves a trackback I get the e-mail notifying me that someone tried to leave one but it doesn't show up on my site.
When someone leaves a comment on my site I get the e-mail notifying me of it and it shows up at the bottom of the post. However, on the home page the post will display that there are no comments and the bottom of the page for the individual post says "No comments on this post"...right above the comments.
I have comments and trackbacks enabled and a spamblocker so there is no approval and they still aren't working.
Might be a simple solution - did you refresh the page?

I'm having the same problem as well. Trackbacks didn't work for me with 1.5.2, so I upgraded last week to 2.0 thinking that it would fix it, but it still doesn't. Trackbacks don't seem to be working either in or out. I found in another post a website to manually trackback, but those don't show up either.
