   Hi,

   I updated wordpress 3.1 on my blog http://www.mobidhoom.com and after updating everything gone messed up.

   1) H1 and H2 not working, as code below in my Header.php ,

   2) When someone send a comment in any post, it redirect to another post and comment also received in another post.

   3) Permalinks and Pagenavi was not working so later I fixed it with help of few wp forum tricks.

   So my traffic suddenly got down to 60% and going down and down.

   Please some one help me.

   Have you tried:

   - checking through Troubleshooting WordPress 3.1 - Master List

   - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

   - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

   - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
