   I have a question about comments as well, I keep getting comments of other things like 'weight loss plan' 'heart healthy diet' are these legit or spam? Thanks

   Looking nice, keep it up :)

   In most cases, comments like that are spam. Make sure to have some form of anti spam installed.

   Yea I woke up this morning to 304 emails of spam..and I know this lot was spam as it was just loads of letters. But thanks the feedback.

   What sort of images would you recommend bretricher?

   Make sure to install something like Akismet, it will help cut down on spam.

   Snat: yea just installed the Akismet thing, caught of 70 spam comments so far. How do these get in?

   Spam bots, basically just automatic scripts that posts whatever needed or people being paid to do it per penny or something.

   Akismet is very good at keeping them away.
