   Since updating 2.9.1 I've not been able to leave comments either through the admin dashboard, when logged on to the site or when I'm not logged in,

   Is this a known issue?

   I've deactivated all plugins, gone back to the default permalink structure and theme and tried to reset the plugins by moving the folders around.

   No luck so far.
