Commenters are asked to register and when they do, they are led to an "Unavailable" page.
    Here is my site: http://olivetjournal.com

Please see my Discussion Setting panel here (this is a test site):

Please tell me what I did wrong.

    Thank you.

Do you have "Anyone can register" checked at Dashboard > Settings > General?

What does "test site" mean? I likely cannot help straighten things out, but did this problem just recently begin?

    Thank you for trying.

Test site means that I have this extra site to try out my editing, such as child theme. I just used it to show the screen shot. That is all. It has nothing to do with my main site's problem. Only to show the picture.

I believe, it started since I ticked the "Users must be logged in to comment."

But, I did that to stop spam. But, why would they go to "Unavailable" page?

My guess is that when I choose to have only users comment, the attempting commenter must be registered to my site as a user, then, he/she has to be logged in at that time.

When a non-registered person attempt to comment, the "Unavailable" page shows up.

Is there anyway I could leave a message there? or I just have to unstick the choice?

    I'd appreciate any help.

"Users must be logged in to comment." should lead to a login page or box where a registration link should also appear if registration is allowed, and I am suspecting "extra site" might be what is making all of that "Unavailable". Is that a completely separate site or how did you set that up?

Is there anyway I could leave a message there? or I just have to unstick the choice?

"Users must be logged in to comment." could be changed to something else, but I would first get things working as they should.

Try deactivating ALL plugins and switching to the default theme to start troubleshooting this.

Thank you for the suggestion. However, my test site is in a subdomain with another WP 3.7.1. And, again, it has NOTHING to do with my main site. NOT CONNECTED AT ALL. Also, the problem was there before I set up the test site a week ago.

It was just to show my panel.

    @WPyogi
OK. I have just done that few days ago for ANOTHER problem, which was about video auto embed not working FROM THE BEGINNING (version 3.5.1) with no success. That was a lot of work. I appreciate your help but I am not about to do that again. I am not well, disabled. If I mess it up, I will not be able to fix them, and my blog would be gone. I will have to ask someone to try to sign in, and it is not possible to do that so many times. Again, I thank you for your help, but I am not able to follow your suggestion at this time.

There is something wrong with my site that causes all kinds of irregularity (I have not even reported many of them) that cannot be fixed by me, a BEGINNER.

There is no reported issues with the theme I am using either.

How can I find a pro I can hire and fix whatever the weird things that are going on?

You could post a job listing here:

    http://jobs.wordpress.net/

    Or look here:

    http://directory.codepoet.com/

If you need additional help here, please start a new thread (link to this one if relevant) - as we have to close threads on the topic of hiring people - as they attract too much spam.
