    make sure it is set to display them

    also, at the bottom of post screen make sure “allow comments” is checked

    Hello,

    First set allow comment for al posts from the admin section…

    after that whenever you write the post there is a setting for comments so enable it…

    It should fix the case.

    I sympathize, ThedocX. I have the same problem and have had it for quite some time (since the first post) with no resolution on my site, http://www.thesmopro.com.

    I have searched and searched this forum but have found no help. I have tried everything I can think of, taken every little bit of advice I could find and still…nothing. Tried upgrading to the latest WP version. That didn’t work.

    I have another Word Press blog which used to have the same problem but changing the permalinks format to the default fixed it (have you tried that, thedocX?). This is not the case with thesmopro.com site.

    I am ready to tear my hair out. Any help at all would be met with the deepest appreciation and undying gratitude.

    What is the problem with comments?
    Who is reasponsible about that problem?
    Is this only mine problem or this thing don’t work?
    Why this program people use if this is not functional?

    Do you want to fix it or not?

    @candacem
    Disable all extra fields, and put everything on default.
    Now it works.

    @all
    Thank You.

    ThedocX – can you tell me exactly what you mean by all “extra fields”. Not sure I understand.
    Thanks!

    I wanted to put picture of every author, and gravatar’s and others extra things. For that reason I get plugin which is put this things in data base. But I was not be able to see any comment that I put, until I disable this “extra fields”.

    I think it’s easy.. Put everything on the default, like it was on the begining of the installation of WoprdPress, and it will work.

    Send me message about result if Yuo do this.

    Bye πŸ™‚
