   http://codex.wordpress.org/Include_Tags#The_Comments_Template

   Needs to exist in the template used for your Pages. Typically in a theme this is page.php.

   Note: If this is for your blogsome blog, you'll have to contact the blogsome folk about whether you can modify theme templates. If not, your best option is to select a theme which sports comments on Pages.
