   One of my blog's authors is receiving email whenever a new comment is posted in response to a blog he wrote. But his user level is Contributor, not Administrator, so I don't believe he has the power to act on the "Delete it / Spam it" links included in the email. How can I change it so that only Administrators receive email notification of new comments? Or how can I change it so that I am the one receiving these notifications, regardless of post author?

   A couple of caveats I've experienced with the above plugin:

   1. It doesn't check to see if the comment's author's email address is the same as the one the plugin has been configured to notify — hence, I get email notification of my own comments.
   2. The plugin appears to precede Akismet, so I get email notifications on spam as well as legitimate comments.
