   There's been a question like this posted before, but it hasn't been answered.

   How do you set up the links in comments (including authors) to open in a new window?

   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

   Here would be one way... It might do comments also. Or, you could search for plugins that do it for comments.

   Hmm..I can't find the file in my wp-admin folder where it said it would be located. Any other tips?
