How do I change the icon which appears together with the comments posted and approved on my blogg. I have been assigned a very angry looking icon for a reply, which sends the wrong signal!

Choose another default icon/avatar type in Admin/Settings/Discussion.

go to gravatar.com - sign up
upload your own image
new image will appear on your blog - here - and any other gravatar enabled blog you comment on -
