Hi, my site is http://www.lagerstatten.ca and I recently upgraded to WP v1.5 and now the comments aren't working like they use to before. I just want visitors to be able to enter in their name/email/url and then be able to comment on the blog. But currently, if I set the option of "user must fill out name and email", there is no field/form present for visitors to input their name/email/url therefore when they write a comment and hit "submit comment" they all receive the error:

Error: please fill the required fields (name, email)

Can anyone help me reinstate the name/email/url fields onto my comments. Please and Thank You in advance.

Same problem I am having. See here:
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic.php?id=25867

1.5 seems to be having major comment issues. I have found about 5 posts tonight exactly on point with this issue, but no solutions.

On mine, it does it in all themes, even an un-modified version of the default. Thus leading me to believe the issue is not in the comments.php or index.php.

    Any solutions or suggestions?

@macmanx, I have already posted on that thread too. No one is giving any advice over there either. Just copying codex links to stuff we have already done.

My comments are not working even with the default themes right out of the package.
