Comment form problem, pls help!

I have this going on, but it appears to only be happening in IE. (Sidenote: Why do people use IE? Alas, I digress….)

I’ve looked at the CSS and I cannot figure it out. Please don’t make me jump. Save a life. Look at my site and offer your sage advice.
