I recently upgraded a site, to 1.5, using a theme i built from the Gespaa. View American Soldier Comments
As a result, the comment form doesnt seem to work anymore, as the Name, Email and URI form do not appear.
It says that Im logged in as ' '. and leaves it blank.
Any ideas?

MacMax - Thanks alot.
To anyone else who might come across this. In Admin, go to Users, and delete that blank user that was created, during the upgrade from 1.5.0 to 1.5.1.
