Comment form closed?

    When I click on my comments link, I get the page where the comments and the form are supposed to be shown but I get “Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.”

    Does the problem lie with the coding?

    Either it’s an error in your template or you’ve disabled comments in the particular post, or you’ve disabled comments overall. Go to “Options => Discussion” and make sure the options look correct.

    If there’s an error in the template, what’s wrong with it? Because the options are okay.

    I’ve tried using the comment templates but nothing works!

    in edit post make sure you have allow comments enabled under discussion

    zaki, this thread is almost 5 months old! (and the op already said the options were set correctly) 😉

    sorry.. didn’t look at the date. Maybe he was looking at the options in the “options” tab not the discussion field in the “write” tab
