edit the post in question
at top of edit page is screen option
click that
several boxes will be revealed, including comments
check the comment box and save
you should now be able to allow – or not – comments on any post at bottom of post/edit screen

I have a small issue on one of my posts : http://nantes.ascee-ceteo.fr/?p=434
The comment box that should appear at the bottom, like on every other post on the blog, isn’t there.
I didn’t change any option on this post (and do not even know how comments can be disabled on a given post, because I see no option to do that).
Is there a way I can have the comment box back ?
