When i try to enable comments they get disabled automatically . I checked all necessary option in disscussion.
when i applied below command in sql
UPDATE wp_posts SET comment_status = 'open', ping_status = 'open' WHERE comment_status = 'closed';
comments gets enabled but after that if i update the post or submit a new post then comments get disabled again on that post only.
Please suggest some solution

Have you disabled all plugins (just rename the plugin folder) and switched to the twentyten theme? Try the easy way before going to the db.

themes are disabled and triedtwentyten theme also

Only your first post has comments. The others allow comments but require a log in.

check the latest post its showing comments off
please can you explain how can i correct it
Check Settings->Discussion.

Go to dashboard > posts > posts > mouse over post and click on edit. Scroll down and check comments on.
If you do not see comments, click on screen options in upper right corner and turn discussion on.

as i said i already checked discussion then also i m mentioning checked one option below :
Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article.
Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.)
Allow people to post comments on new articles
Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
Enable threaded (nested) comments levels deep
Anyone posts a comment
A comment is held for moderation
An administrator must always approve the comment
kmessinger when i check allow comments and pingbacks and click on update they automatically get unchecked
Your site is not using the Twenty Ten theme. Can we see that theme on your site please?
