   Can any one tell me what the following is and why I keep getting them? Is there a way to stop these type of comments and the "free ringtones" ones as well?

   Hi,

   These are junk comments and are the bane of a lot of WordPress sites! You could do with using an anti-spam plugin such as Akismet, which may already be installed (check your Plugins folder). You could also search for similar plugins in the Extend > Plugins page here on wordpress.org .
