Comment & Critique Please

I’ve just started sorting out my site.. and I do realize that it’s still something that came from a can o’ strayhorn default, but I’m hoping that the fine denizens of WP land can assist in my development in telling me the good, the bad, and the downright ugly.

PS: If anyone can help me figure out how to remove the bullet from the weather plugin icon (or suggest one that doesn’t display the data in a list), I’d be eternally greatful!
