Would anyone know of a way to export full post content(text/images/links), maybe via a feed, to post on a separate wordpress blog? I would like to have a category on one of my blogs mimic that of another one of my blogs, without limiting it to excerpts or generic feeds.
Any help or suggestions are much appreciated!

Is automatically syncing two database tables between two separate hosting accounts a possibility?
I'd use MultiSite for that, personally. Add in SiteWide tags or some other broadcast tool to cross post.

Both of the sites are already well established and receive very high amounts of traffic. We would prefer keeping them on their separate hosting accounts if possible. We just want to be able to syndicate content from one site to another, and possibly tweak the content on the second site just a bit.
There is always a way, I'm just trying to figure out this one! :)
