Combining categories

First of all, thanks for this great plugin!

What would make it even more useful for me is the ability to filter events (with cat_filter) not only with an OR function but also with an AND function.

For example:, I have the following categories:

• Red
• Blue
• Green
• Cars
• Cycles

I would like to create a filter:

• red AND car
• blue AND cycle

Also ‘combined’ queries like (red AND car) OR (blue AND car) would be nice. I have read all the documentation, also I’ve tried using the standard PHP logical operators without success. Is this possible with your plugin. If not, would it be possible to implement this in a future version?
