Combining 2 Feedburner feeds into one (2 posts)

Last October I changed my blog from one host to another and in the process changed the url as well from

    http://www.kenkaminesky.com/blog/
    to
    http://blog.kenkaminesky.com/

When I updated the RSS info with feedburner I got a different RSS feed address, and I changed the link on the blog to reflect this. However the old address still redirects the old url to the new one, not sure if that makes any difference or not.

Here is the issue that I can't figure out. I have a few hundred people who have subscribed to the RSS feed on the old site that are still using the old feed address. While it works (with the redirect), I'd like to combine the 2 different feeds into one for the sake of simplicity and accuracy.

Is there a way to combine the 2 feeds or transfer the old subscribers to the new one?

    Thanks!

    Ken

Have a look at http://pipes.yahoo.com . I have a marine chandlery site with over 100 RSS feeds, one for each category. I managed to compresses them all into one feed, and add in my wordpress blog feed for good measure!

It looks a bit complicated at first, but persevere. It turned out to be pretty simple in the end.
