combine categories in url?

    Hi,

    I would like to know if it is possible to combine categories in links

    example:

    category white + category rabbit

    combined would be whiterabbit / white,rabbit / white-rabbit

    which makes a link to a page that shows events that has both categories.

    how would i go about doing this?

    this does not seem to work /events/categories/white+rabbit/

    Hiya,

    Unfortunately that isn’t possible, no. There are some plugins that attempt to do that with normal post tags but I haven’t seen anything that provides that for custom taxonomies I’m afraid.

    That is unfortunate,

    if anyone could point me in the right direction of making this myself that would be great!

    You’d need to create a custom template that took the name of the categories from the url and then ran a custom WP_Query searching for both category names.

    Haven’t tested it but it should work.
