is there a package that lets you buy multiple .com addresses for all of your blogs or do you have to buy each .com address separately?????

You have to buy the domains you want to use. If you want tyour sites to have their own domains, you have to buy 'em.
You don't NEED to buy domains for your blogs, though. You can you subdomains (blog1.domain.com) or subfolders (domain.com/blog1) and they don't cost any extra.
