Columns 'sortable' & 'read-only'

First off, great plugin! Loving it so far.

My problem is, both the ‘sortable’ and ‘read-only’ columns don’t work.

Or to be more specific: In the Participants List page (with [pdb_list]) nothing is sortable, even if it’s checked.

The problem with the ‘read-only’ is on the Records Page (with [pdb_record]) – there seem to be some major interference because not only disappear the lines where I checked ‘read-only’, everything beneath them too – no Save button, no photo – not even the WordPress Toolbar displays which is on top of the screen if one is logged in. I’m guessing a CSS class interferes there.
